TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By entering a Sueandsamuel giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Instagram including the rules located at http://www.instagram.com/about/legal/terms/before-january-19-2013/

 

Sueandsamuel is the sole promoter of this giveaway. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by/or in association with Instagram.

 

Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and be 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent. The giveaway is not open to any employees of Sueandsamuel or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone connected with this prize draw.

 

There is one winner for the giveaway prize, which is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative. Sueandsamuel reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The winner will be selected at random and shared on Sueandsamuel’s Instagram stories. The winner will be notified by an Instagram message within three working days of the closing date. If the winner fails to respond within three working days of this notification, Sueandsamuel will select another winner. If the winner declines their entry or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. 

The winner may be required to submit a valid identification before receiving their prize. The prize will be sent out by Royal Mail to the winner. 

Unless the winner notifies us in writing within seven days of being informed that they have won the giveaway, Sueandsamuel reserves the right to use and feature the name of the winner for publicity purposes and that the winner agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by Sueandsamuel.

 

Sueandsamuel reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if Sueandsamuel, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the event (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Instagram, Facebook or other Social Media accounts in order to submit multiple entries).

Any personal information collected by Sueandsamuel for the giveaway will be used in accordance with Sueandsamuel’s Privacy Policy. In summary, personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sueandsamuel solely in connection with the giveaway unless marketing permissions have been granted. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating and fulfilling the giveaway, where applicable. 

 

Sueandsamuel does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this giveaway.

 

Sueandsamuel will not be liable for any loss or damage however it was caused (including without limitation in contract, tort or statutory duty) in connection with the giveaway and/or prize. 

You agree to be bound by the decisions of Sueandsamuel, which are final in all matters relating to the giveaway. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of Sueandsamuel decisions.
